The IOM app is an internal communication and utility program accessible to all IOM partners and micro trainers. Generally, the app is divided into five core areas:

The IOM app is available in two different versions, each adapted to the needs of the two user groups (partners and coaches).
Above all, it should intensify communication and act as a central collection point and joint work area.
As a user, you will be supported by various help and business tools and keep informed about news of the system always up to date. The app is also the central collection point of all programs used in microtraining - for example, you can quickly and easily get to the microtraining cockpit or KnowledgePulse. You also have an overview of the Trainer Pool - including all relevant data, such as evaluation values or areas of application.
With the app, you have all the relevant information structured at hand and can retrieve it at any time.
